About Us

Located in Sevierville, Tennessee, Sevierville, (pronounced Se-Veer-ville) was named for John Sevier; the first governor of Tennessee. Our facility sits at the foot of the Smoky Mountains approximately 21 miles from Knoxville, TN.

Since 1983 we have been quietly designing and manufacturing high quality thermocouple and RTD/Thermistor assemblies plus OEM wire harnesses. Hotwire Sensors manufacturer’s temperature sensors of both standard and special designs plus OEM cable & wire harnesses. We are dedicated to producing a product with the quality and consistency that you and hundreds of our existing customers can count on time after time. Our design & manufacturing teams strike a balance between art, science, and engineering which leads to solutions that have benefited our customers on many occasions over the years.
